As an associate, Joe McAndrew supports a variety of public and private sector clients on their country entry strategies, capital raises, and communications objectives.

Joe assists clients in building relationships with U.S. Government agencies, development finance institutions, multilateral development banks, and regulatory authorities in frontier markets, including through in-country deployment. He also assists in research, content creation, and stakeholder mapping in the U.S. and country specific.

Prior to joining KRL, Joe worked at the State Department, supporting operations in Durban, South Africa. He has worked at Allison Center for Foreign Policy at the Heritage Foundation, focusing on Africa policy, and in the office of Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.). Joe also supported the foundation work of former Vice President Mike Pence.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from George Washington University.
